| Half my intelligetsia film friends look at me like Ive totally sold them out when I tell them I like this film. Personally, I think this movie is really well acted and has a great script. Like most memorable movies from the heyday of the studio system (during which period the film is set) the film has that unique quality of being genuinely good while appealing to a large segment of the population. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
